Aptoris is an adaptive compliance-learning platform in development. It protects the required core of compliance learning, then adds specialist learning based on the work each person actually does.
Why Aptoris exists
Compliance learning matters because the work it supports matters. Yet most compliance e-learning gives everyone the same broad course, whatever their duties, sector or project.
Aptoris exists to make required learning relevant to the work each person does, while keeping the standard every learner must meet fully intact, with a clear record of why each person learned what they did.
The problem with one-size-fits-all compliance learning
When everyone completes the same course, the specialist depth people need for their actual responsibilities is missing, and learners disengage from content that is not about their work.
Personalising learning without governance is not the answer either. If nobody can inspect the logic, required content can drop out, and no one can say why a learner saw what they saw.
