How we handle personal information collected through the Aptoris website, and the rights you have.

About this notice

This notice explains how Aptoris (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website, aptoris.co.uk. It covers this website only, not the Aptoris platform or any course.

Who we are

Aptoris is operated by Jonathan Sanderson, trading as Aptoris.

For data protection enquiries, contact privacy@aptoris.co.uk.

Information we collect

When you use a form on this website, we ask only for the information needed for that purpose:

Personal information requested by each website form
FormWhat we ask for
ContactFirst name, email address, organisation (optional), the type of enquiry and your message.
Early accessFirst name, email address, role, organisation (optional unless you ask about team access) and the option you are interested in.
Waitlist (homepage and course pages)Email address, organisation (optional unless you ask about team access) and, on course pages, whether you are interested as an individual or for a team.
Guide and resource updatesEmail address.

Each form also has an optional box you can tick to receive updates: “I’d like to receive occasional updates from Aptoris about relevant learning, resources and product updates. I can unsubscribe at any time.” On the guide updates form, ticking it is the purpose of the form.

With each submission we also record which form and page it came from, the date and time it was sent, and whether you ticked the updates box, together with the exact wording and version you agreed to.

We do not store your IP address with form submissions. Our forms use simple automated checks to filter out spam, which do not identify you. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a message.
